Everybody knows the song from the movie The Sound of Music (except my high school history teacher who knew everything about movies and music and still had no idea what this movie was/was about, but that's another story). If you haven't seen it I recommend it, it's been one of my little sister's and my favorite movies since we were kids and it never gets old singing along to Rain Drops on Roses, and Whiskers on Kittens... in honor of that song, this is where I'd like to post and share some of my favorite things, old and new, which I couldn't live without!
